I wasn’t a fan of getting a therapist from the beginning, but talking with Mrs Goodman changed my mindset quickly. She made it very easy and comforting for me to open up and be vocal in sessions. She has helped tremendously with my progress on getting better

I grew up in this area and have been counseling here for nearly 20 years. I began my career in Addictions Counseling then spent 5 years as an Emergency Therapist with a public behavioral health clinic. I've seen firsthand how people's challenges have changed in the last few years. Many of my clients are experiencing issues in the post-COVID era. In addition, technology has brought both positives and negatives to our lives. I would love to help you, or your child navigate our world.
