In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse. I possess extensive experience collaborating with veterans on complicated trauma and mental health concerns My approach I am a staunch supporter of “helping clients help themselves” and believe the client should dictate the direction of their therapeutic process. In addition to counseling, I am a children’s book author and believe that children are far more capable of comprehension and emotional expression than adults credit them. My focus My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative. My communication style Open, transparent, direct My goals for you I encourage the client to "take the wheel" in their care. I am here to support you on that journey. My first session with you Our first session is a getting-to-know-you session. This is our opportunity to see if we "vibe."
