Been in therapy for years battling bipolar 2. First therapist able to differentiate between symptoms/coping mechanisms related past trauma bs medication imbalance . Compartmentalization so helpful aiding me to move forward bs regurgitating the the anxieties, fears every week. Outstanding skills to differentiate my thought processes related to trauma . First therapist to help me remember so much sexual assault, harassment and inappropriate comments which form my constant shame, body image dysmorphia, relationships
I am hopeful I may have a chance to feel joy and comfort vs escalating mania throughout the final 20 years of living

I hold a Master's in Social Work from Touro University and a Bachelor's degree from Nova Southeastern University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on this path.
