Welcome! With 5+ years of experience, I am a LSWAIC. I hold a BSPN from Douglas College and an MSSW from the University of Louisville. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential and long-term living, and hospice services. Building a therapeutic relationship with clients is my priority.
I create a safe, empathetic, and accepting environment. My approach is client-centered, utilizing modalities like psychodynamic, humanistic, strength-based, CBT, and DBT. In my spare time, I enjoy nature, cooking, and self-care.
