To keep us all safe, all sessions are now via Video Visits or by telephone.
I work with adults, as well as children and adolescents, who struggle managing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I utilize a strengths-based approach when working in collaboration with clients and utilize cognitive behavioral methods of intervention. I work with clients to design and tailor interventions that are most effective for their needs and use creativity within the treatment session as well.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University in New York. I have ten years in the field of social work helping all sorts of people feel better.
I am certified by the state of Connecticut in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to children and adolescents who have endured a traumatic experience. I hold an LCSW licensure through the state of CT.
