I have been a licensed therapist since 2012 and am licensed in both the state of Colorado and in Vermont (where I permanently live). I got started in the therapy world through crisis response and over the years found my way to exactly where I love being which is in private practice. I specialize in telehealth therapy for trauma healing; anxiety; depression; and working with relationships. I am an RYT 200 HR Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher; and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) Intermediate Level 3; utilizing somatic-based practices to help my clients heal from their pasts so they can live a vibrant now.
