Getting to know Erin Randol

If you are experiencing narcissistic abuse, especially from your own parents, I am here to help. Being a new mom while navigating a relationship with your narcissistic parents is very challenging. Add in postpartum depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms, and your world can feel very lonely, worrisome, and exhausting. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Saint Louis University, which equips me to support you through these complex and difficult experiences.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Most of my clients aren’t sure how to have a relationship with their parents now that they have entered adulthood and they are starting to realize they may want to do things different than how their parents did things. My clients don’t want to slow down the hustle, the want more support in the hustle.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together with the client, I will dig into the roots of the problem and rewire the brain through deep trauma work. EMDR and Parts Work are the main interventions used with clients. I also provide clinical licensure supervision to individuals with an LMSW license in Missouri.
