Annie is a phenomenal counselor. One of her greatest strengths is seeing the core of a situation you present to her from a very clear and practical perspective. She understands the "big picture", and how your experiences fit into your larger journey. Additionally, she really empowers you to have the confidence to determine what you want, and how you will pursue it. She encourages owning and celebrating who you are, as well as self care. Annie is very personable and will tie in some of her personal learning experiences as they relate to
the counseling session. She is very open, honest and can bring a lot of fun to the visit!

I am a licensed professional counselor (L.P.C.) working with individuals, couples, adolescents and families. I am trained in Family Systems Theory so I work with individuals who are often struggling with their family relationships.
Some of the problems may include depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, or physical problems. I also work with grief from loss that includes divorce, loss of job and empty nest.
I am also able to do on-line therapy using Zoom.
