You don’t have to carry everything on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship struggles, substance use, or the weight of life’s challenges, therapy can be a place to finally exhale. You may feel exhausted from trying to hold it all together or unsure how to move forward, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before asking for help. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted as we work together toward healing, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance recovery, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I'm here to support your healing, growth, and lasting change. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning for support, I’m committed to creating a compassionate, welcoming space where you can feel heard and understood. Taking the first step takes courage, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is a place where you can slow down, take a deep breath, and focus on yourself. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and safe enough to be your authentic self. I believe that healing begins when you feel accepted without judgment. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing while identifying the strengths you already possess. We’ll look at how your relationships, family, work, culture, and life experiences may be impacting your well-being, and we’ll develop practical tools that help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’ve always been passionate about helping others and believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. I feel honored to walk alongside people during some of the most challenging seasons of their lives and support them as they discover their own resilience. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), strengths-based interventions, solution-focused techniques, and multisystemic approaches to create a treatment plan that fits each client’s unique needs. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
