Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in both mental health and medical social work, including over 14 years of work in the ICU. I have extensive experience in coping with grief and loss, as well as the ability to walk alongside people during times of crisis, uncertainty, and transition. My years in the hospital shaped my practice with deep compassion, steadiness, and respect for the courage it takes to seek help. In addition to my medical background, I am skilled in helping individuals navigate substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout.
My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, and holistic wellness review, allowing us to address both immediate challenges and deeper patterns that may be impacting your well-being. I also integrate mindfulness and meditation practices to help clients cultivate greater balance, clarity, and resilience.
Life tells us what it wants for us if we just stop and listen. But too often, the world we live in is just too loud. If you are ready to get out of that "machine" and grow toward inner peace, I am here for you.
