Hi, I’m Anne. I’ve been in the field for over 20 years. I spent much of my career treating autism, and dually diagnosed people. I specialize in depression, anxiety, autism, prenatal and postnatal concerns, infertility, life transitions, parenting, and career stress.
Life can be hard, and sometimes life stress, our histories, and our current struggles get to be overwhelming. If this is you, you are in the right place.
I want to acknowledge that it takes courage to reach out and I believe that by doing so, you have taken the first step down the road of healing.
Creating genuine and honest connections with people is very important to me and I do so through active listening, curiosity, and empathy.
My approach is empathetic and person-centered. I like to use humor when appropriate, but I also like to attend and listen to your journey.
Throughout my career I’ve worked in various mental health settings with diverse client populations which has greatly influenced my practice. I am passionate about finding the strengths in everyone I work with and will bring that passion to our collaborative therapeutic relationship.
