I do many things but they all boil down to one thing, helping people grow. I truly enjoy joining people on their journeys and helping them chart a path to where they want to go. My goal with any client is to work myself out of a job by making sure that my work with them is leading to real sustainable change that will endure long after our time together. My practice philosophy is a mixture of supportive therapy approaches, mindfulness, CBT, and EFT (and it'll continue to change and grow). I'm happy to see all kinds of people, including couples, but I have special insight on men's mental health.
