Hello, I’m Ariel De'Freeze, a Licensed Independent Social Worker and trauma-informed therapist committed to helping women overcome life’s most difficult transitions — and reclaim their confidence, clarity, and peace. I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, gaslighting, toxic relationships, divorce recovery, life stress, and self-esteem challenges.
I am the founder and CEO of The Centers for Counseling & Trauma Recovery, a community mental health agency rooted in post-traumatic growth. My practice is guided by the belief that every woman has the power to heal and grow beyond trauma, reclaim her voice, and experience lasting emotional wellness.
I hold a BSW and an MSW with a Clinical Specialization from Cleveland State University and bring years of hands-on experience delivering trauma-informed mental and behavioral health services in schools, psychiatric settings, and community-based environments. Whether you're struggling with unresolved relationship wounds, emotional dysregulation, or simply feeling stuck in cycles of burnout, I offer compassionate, client-centered therapy designed to help you realign with your worth and walk boldly in your personal power.
In our sessions, we will focus on building emotional resilience, restoring self-confidence, and developing healthier boundaries in dating, relationships, and everyday life. My clinical approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the principles of personal growth and identity restoration. We’ll use proven tools and therapeutic frameworks tailored to your needs — so whether you're navigating the aftermath of emotional abuse, experiencing the weight of anxiety or depression, or working through grief and loss, this is a safe space to heal.
