I have been seeing Ariel for a year and half. Throughout that time she has been a godsend, helping me realize the abusive marriage I was in, leaving, going through a divorce, and helping me to manage everything going on in between. She is fantastic at what she does, is empathetic and gives you the tools to succeed. I have grown so much as a person under her guidance. I cannot recommend her more strongly!

I’m a New York State-licensed therapist committed to providing quality therapy to adults of all identities. I work with adults of all ages, particularly young adults with a history of trauma who experience anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I work from an anti-oppressive, strengths-based, person-centered perspective that combines cognitive-behavioral and dialectic approaches.
I have a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and years of experience in community mental health and substance use treatment settings serving individuals from every background.
