What should a new client know about working with you?

Utilizing developmentally appropriate approaches and techniques, I assist children 6+, preteens, teens, and adults in processing trauma experiences, manage depressive and anxious behaviors, and regulate emotions and their responses. I work with clients to find solutions to their challenges that fit their lives and needs. I provide an individualized therapeutic experience to address the client's unique challenges with PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, high-functioning ASD, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, communication skills, and coping strategies.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in meeting you where you are. Clients drive the session. I am here to help provide prospective and skills to assist clients with meeting their challenges. I use expressive techniques and activities to assist with emotional identification, processing, and regulation. Understanding our emotions helps us regulate our behaviors and actions.

I offer sliding scale pricing because insurance should not be a barrier to health services. I work to ensure that self-pay clients can afford services, as therapy should not be a source of financial stress.
