Hi, I'm Ashley! I believe in meeting my clients where they are and tailoring my clinical approach to fit their unique needs. Whether you need more support and validation or you're looking for psychoeducation and tools, I'm here to provide what works best for you. I also have experience with EMDR therapy and can offer it if the situation calls for it.
I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and children, focusing on mental and behavioral health. I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, family and intimate relationships, life transitions, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards healing and growth.
Outside of my professional life, I have a deep love for animals and enjoy traveling. There's nothing quite like curling up with a good book and an iced coffee, especially on a rainy day – which, in my opinion, are the best kind of days.
