I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, ADHD-CCSP Certified, and EMDR-trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria. I use a faith-based approach with a professional focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, specializing in ADHD therapy and ADHD coaching.
