I hold a Master's in Counseling from New Jersey City University. My ideal client is someone struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, or family trauma. Together, we will work to identify triggers and develop healthy coping strategies to improve your mental health. You will also learn how to communicate more effectively and build stronger relationships. My clients are willing to engage in self-work and pursue goals tailored to their unique needs.
I provide a safe, supportive space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I help by exploring your experiences and any past traumas more deeply. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I assist in identifying and challenging maladaptive thinking patterns to foster healthier perspectives.
