Audrey hopes to help her clients build healthier thought patterns, gain insight, and navigate their mental health challenges one step at a time. For her, therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist—trusting the client’s instincts while also providing direction and focus when needed. Audrey sees self-care and self-kindness as vitally important.
In her spare time, Audrey enjoys spending time in nature—walking or hiking with her partner and dog, camping, swimming—reading, bullet-journaling, baking, watching movies, and rewatching Lord of the Rings on a nearly annual basis.
