Getting to know Caroline Gojcz

Hi there! I'm Caroline, and I'm so glad you're considering taking this step towards your well-being. I've been a Clinical Social Worker since 2004, and throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient counseling, brain injury rehabilitation, residential and foster care programs, and supervised visitation and parenting education. Each of these experiences has shaped my approach to therapy and deepened my understanding of the diverse challenges individuals face. Currently, I provide telehealth services to adults aged 18 and older in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting issues, adjustment challenges, and life transitions. I believe in creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Reaching out for help can be daunting, but I am here to make the process as positive and empowering as possible. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, drawing on your strengths and resilience to foster growth and healing. I look forward to hearing from you and embarking on this journey together.
