Ayralynne earned her Master's degree in Counseling from the esteemed and rigorous program at Northwestern University. She has been contracted to supervise student therapists during their group immersions and has advocated for the therapist community.
Her therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and science-based, with a healthy dose of humor when appropriate. She employs psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and DBT techniques to help clients gain insight into behavior patterns, past conditioning, the “why” behind brain reactions, and recondition and integrate emotions.
