I'm Barb, and I think we all struggle sometimes and could use some help getting things back on track. I hope to be that helping hand for you. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to help guide you to your answers. I tend to take a down-to-earth, no nonsense approach to therapy. No ""so how does that make you feel"" or ""so what I hear you saying is..."" from me. We're just having a conversation to give you some guidance.
