Hello, I'm Barbara. Today you are one step closer to feeling empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
As a solution-focused cognitive behavioral therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations from the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Through collaboration and by applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions. These may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. My areas of specialization include addiction, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, military/veteran support, OCD, phobias, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
