Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples and have extensive experience in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) work, dealing with issues around occupational stress and job jeopardy.
My work has focused on helping clients with a range of issues, such as trauma, grief therapy, depression, anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal conflicts, and anger management. I tailor therapy to best meet your needs. With over 15 years of experience, I have utilized a variety of therapeutic techniques, honing my skills in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I provide clients with the tools needed to cultivate change and personal growth through developing awareness.
