Born and raised in Bergen County in a small town called Rutherford, Ben grew up as the youngest sibling of three playing basketball, baseball, and football. He immediately developed a love for health and fitness. Ben attended Seton Hall University for his undergraduate and graduate studies as part of their dual degree program, ultimately earning a B.S. in Biology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He plans to pursue a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
Ben’s interest in healthcare was piqued as a young teenager after witnessing his brother and best friend sustain significant injuries while playing sports. He attended each rehab session with his brother and watched his friend return to sports even stronger because of his physical therapist. This experienced inspired him and propelled him to pursue a career in rehabilitation. Ben enjoys treating a variety of patient populations and loves motivating people to achieve their goals through individualized treatment plans and one-on-one care.
