“I have had Physical Therapy in the past with no results or worse more injury. I specifically selected TAWIL PT because Dr. Tawil offers MSL Cold Laser therapy, which lead me to believe, that this place is different. I was right.
I had multiple soft tissue injuries, first in my knee, meniscus tear and arthritis. The Physical therapy was effective, but the game changer was the MSL cold laser therapy. After my first treatment I was able to sleep though the night. No pain. A few weeks later I was back on the tennis court without braces on my knees and Aleve because I had no pain. I was able to avoid, invasive treatments like injections PRP (very expensive) or cortisone shots and surgery. MSL is worth every penny. It works! And there are no side effects or adverse reactions
I am currently being treated for BOOMERITIS — arthritis, tendonitis and bursitis in my shoulder. I haven’t missed a day of tennis and have full range of motion in my shoulder thanks to Dr. Tawil and MSL. Investing in your health, especially if it keeps you physically active, is the smartest investment you can make.”

About Dr. Michelle Tawil
Dr. Michelle Tawil, DPT, MSPT is the founder and president of Tawil Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. She has a strong educational background in anatomy and human function as her undergraduate degree is in Biology. She received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ) and subsequently earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from her alma mater in 2004. Her education and clinical experience have allowed her to excel in the profession she loves. She has successfully treated thousands of patients with musculoskeletal conditions and prides herself in getting her patients feeling better and better educated about injury prevention. A life-long learner, Dr. Tawil continues to participate in continuing education courses and is trained in the following philosophies/treatment paradigms: McKenzie, Mulligan, Maitland, McConnell taping, Kinesiotaping, Myofascial Release, and Laser remodeling, just to name a few. She also enjoys teaching/instructing young adults who aspire to become Physical Therapists by being involved in work-study programs with the area high schools. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, and reading.
