My treatment style is understanding what has led to your current coping mechanism, learn about your strengths and what truly are your goals for living. My therapeutic style is engaging, respectful, non-judgmental and in line with YOUR pace and goals for therapy. SAME/NEXT DAY APPOINTMENTS CAN BE ARRANGED.
In addition to training and experience with psychological testing, issues related to trauma, healthy expression of feelings, anxiety and depressive disorders; I openly welcome diverse clients in terms of sexual orientation, race and ethnicity. Moreover, people of size are encouraged to take that first step in dealing with self-acceptance.
