Psychotherapist
155 N Michigan Ave, Ste 723, Chicago, IL
My interest in the inter-relationship of mind, body, and emotion has spanned throughout my academic and professional development. The intricate interplay of biology with our mind, body, and emotional system has played an integral part in my personal and professional growth. As a child, I was always keen on learning and understanding the fine balance between us and our system. How do we evolve? How does our environment evolve? How are we connected with the bigger system? We are constantly changing; sometimes the change is subtle, and at other times it is apparent. I have come to appreciate and embrace this change in all of us. The connection of an individual to his or her system weaves the foundation of my personal and professional outlook. Over the years, I have delved deep within my core and observed how it has been shaped and reshaped alongside the ever-changing system I have been in. Over time, I have learned to embrace this ever-changing connection between my mind, body, and soul. Udisha is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois.
