I think our greatest strengths as people are love and compassion. My goal for us is to work together as a team and create a path forward through your struggles. This may look different for each client as we all have unique strengths and challenges. I will weave together techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Based Training (EBT), Tapping (EFT) and Holistic Psychotherapy to find the tools that work best for you. I am a New York native of Afro native descent, and reside in Brooklyn. As a survivor of abuse I know first hand how hard it can be to process. Through therapy, we can take the opportunity to define life on your terms. You can decide how you want to move forward and which parts of yourself to elevate.
