I worried Brandy would be just another therapist and I'd waste my time. I was wrong. Brandy is so different. I've made more progress in a year than the last decade of therapists before her. She's focused on me NOT checking emails doing something else. She's not reading from some manual and checking the boxes, she's right there with me teaching me techniques I can actually implement and work on not some theory. She's funny, she's caring, and knows her stuff. Everyone needs therapy and you can't do better than Brandy at Renovation.

I met Brandy Biglow a few years ago when looking for the professional help from a counselor. When first thinking of therapy, I kept asking myself "how can another human being with their own problems help me with mine?" This was definitely erroneous thinking and I'm extremely glad that I left all that nonsense aside and looked for help.
Brandy helped me understand how my bad habits were auto-sabotaging my success and how this habits were affecting my relationships, my career and my happiness. She not only helped me understand all this, but she also guided me to create a plan to get rid of my bad habits and finally get to be the better version of myself. I'm so grateful that I found her and that I decided to take this step in my life with a professional like her.

Hi. I'm Brandy Biglow, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving the state of Florida 100% online.
As a trauma-informed, culturally relevant, nationally certified licensed mental health counselor, I want to use what I have learned to teach and show you you’re not “crazy.” I want to come along side you and walk with you on a journey of wholistic healing.
Using a large dose of humor, the latest research and an integrative approach, I want you to learn how your brain and body have been effected by the experiences you have had. Then, in a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment we will explore and find (LEGAL AND HEALTHY) coping skills and strategies to help you learn how to manage stressful situations and events. As your counselor with over 10 years of experience, I will be your guide, partner and/or just someone to validate and acknowledge you, YOUR experience, YOUR life! Together we will learn what you need to live a life where you feel authentic, living according to your values so that you'll be present and fulfilled in your life.

I have been going through the Renovation Integrative Health experience for the past two years. At first I thought going through counseling was taboo and I was embarrassed to move forward. Two years later I have evolved into a person that I can look at and be proud of who I see in the mirror. I owe my growth to Renovation Integrative Health and I look forward to continuing to develop.
