Children and families go through many seasons of change, and sometimes those transitions come with big emotions, uncertainty, or behaviors that feel hard to understand. My name is Kada, and I specialize in helping children ages 5–12 and their families navigate anxiety, trauma, and life adjustments with care, patience, and hope. I believe that children do their best when they feel safe, understood, and supported. My work is grounded in being intuitive, understanding, and deeply attuned to each child’s unique needs, while also using well-established, effective therapeutic approaches. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and parents feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. In addition to my work with children, I also provide couples therapy, particularly for parents who may feel disconnected, stressed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve their relationship. Using Gottman-based techniques, I help couples rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and reconnect — not just as co-parents, but as partners who enjoy and value one another again.
