What is your typical process for working with clients?

My journey to becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Qualified Supervisor has been shaped by a profound desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. I provide over 8 years of clinical experience and my preferred approach incorporates a blend of Solution Focused, CBT, Trauma Focused- CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and more. I hold ethics and confidentiality as fundamental values, ensuring the trust and security of those I work with. Therapeutic relationships can take time to develop and you always want to make sure you feel comfortable with the person you are talking to. I would love the opportunity to speak with you and see if I am a good fit for you!

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
