I take a solution-focused, psychodynamic approach, integrating humanistic methodologies with motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College, a Bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College, and an Associate’s degree from Southeastern Illinois College.

I excel at working with individuals and couples who are open to vulnerability and show a willingness to grow. If you’re facing personal challenges—whether it’s a new diagnosis, executive dysfunction, substance use, infidelity, or grief—I offer a non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported. Even if I haven’t personally lived your experience, I deeply understand the need for an empathetic ear.
