What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session is just a "get to know you and hear why you are seeking counseling session" so we will do Intake and Assessment to know what your needs are and how services may help. It is a casual hour of conversation that leads to some planning and goal-setting we will work on together.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

A wonderful person to work with. Has helped me move mountains. I can’t thank him enough
Digman is easy to talk to and validating. He's also intelligent and unafraid to challenge me.
Always a wonderful and great eye opening experience
I've cycled through at least a half dozen therapists over 20 years and John is by far my favorite and the best fit for me. He's a person that I can say is making a difference just by his presence and enthusiasm and insight but he brings even more than that to the table. I could have selected all the positive attributes listed.
Very good at listening, providing suggestions for improvement, and being encouraging. Generally positive. Puts in effort to help resolve existing problems.
I wish I could choose more than just two ways to describe John and his therapy styles. He’s very laid back but also straight forward. Very well rounded with his answers and open minded. Does anything and everything in his power to help find solutions to your problems. Makes therapy fun and friendly.
John has helped me a ton. I have come a long ways since first starting therapy with him. Very easy to talk to and relatable. Also very knowledgeable about a lot of different things. Can’t thank him enough for helping me.
