I am currently welcoming new In-Person and Telehealth clients and provide a supportive space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. My availability is limited to daytime appointments only, as I am not offering evening sessions at this time. My approach is rooted in person-centered care, tailoring treatment to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported while working through challenges related to mental health, relationships, and life transitions.
I provide a supportive, collaborative space for healing and growth. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns in children, adolescents, and adults. Using a person-centered and CBT-informed approach, I help clients build coping skills, resilience, and emotional wellness.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate challenges alone. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. I invite you to take the next step when you feel ready.
