Healing and growth happen in relationship. I work to meet people where they are, and engage them in a therapeutic process that is appropriate and specific to each individual. It is my goal facilitate increased awareness with my clients to improve agency, choice, and connection in their lives.
I utilize an eclectic variety of methods in my practice including Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral techniques and Mindfulness, Experiential-based focusing, and Gottman therapy methods in my practice.
I focus the therapeutic experience on the premise there is no prescription for therapy. I do not believe people are defined by a single experience. Rather, I believe that every individual and their experiences are unique.
I specialize in treating relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions of all kinds, and I have over 10 years of experience working with adults, couples and adolescents in educational and clinical capacities. My range of approaches and experience allow me to treat each client as the unique individual that he or she is, and to help my clients create the change they desire in their lives and relationships.
