I specialize in helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, among other challenges. I firmly believe the relationship between therapist and client is foundational to the process of healing and growing in therapy. It is my priority to develop genuine relationships with clients so we can safely have difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, learn new strategies, and achieve therapeutic goals. I utilize a trauma-informed perspective that includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness. In my free time I love being in nature and regularly enjoy hiking, biking, rock climbing, and trail running. I also enjoy listening to a range of music and like to play video games from time to time. I strongly believe that with the right mindset and support there is resilience to be found in hardship.
