I emphasize the importance of self-compassion and non-judgment and believe that deepening our understanding of ourselves creates space to evaluate our choices and respond with intentionality. Together, we will uncover why you are showing up in the world the way that you are and what you can do to move closer to the life you want to live. My practice focuses primarily on survivors of trauma and those who are experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, either chronic or situational, as they manage life’s challenges and transitions. Good to know about me: I enjoy being on or near any body of water, live theater and concerts fill my soul, I am a mom to two spectacular young adult daughters, and the quickest way to win me over is through coffee.
