Specializing in neuropsychological assessment of all ages, Dr. Murray assesses individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders including, but not limited to, autism and ADHD as well as dementias including Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, Parkinson’s disease, Lewy Body disease, frontotemporal lobe dementias, and other neurodegenerative disorders. She also specializes in the neuropsychological assessment of individuals suffering traumatic brain injury, stroke, cancers, multiple sclerosis, cardiovascular disease, as well as other medical and neurological conditions impacting behavior and cognition.
As a specialist in rehabilitation neuropsychology, Dr. Murray has expertise in providing psychotherapy to individuals with medical conditions such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, stroke, and other disabling conditions. She further provides counseling and guidance to their family members and caregivers. While she is inclined towards cognitive behavioral therapy, she is well versed in dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. She also has experience working with highly challenging populations including chronically mentally ill offenders and foster cases and DCFS involved children, families, and adults.
Known within her regional area of specialty practice for her work, Dr. Murray utilizes animal assisted neuropsychotherapy with her trained mobility service dog, Frankie, to promote the recovery of altered brain functions as a result of degenerative conditions such as stroke or trauma.

Made an appt for 9am on Sat. Showed up and waited for 30 minutes and no one even came out to see if I was there. I received a text asking if I was there in which I replied yes but still no one came out to the lobby. Left at 9:30. I’m sure she is a great doc… Just unsure about the procedure policy. It was kind of strange tbh.
