Hi, I'm Irene! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have held many roles in the social services field over the past 14 years. I have a wealth of experience working with diverse populations, which includes individuals, couples, children and families, underserved communities, children's medical services, and individuals with serious mental illness. I am passionate about child development & strengthening families. I use an empathetic, person-centered approach with each client. I often use various techniques based on the needs of each individual and family including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and others. The journey to healing and introspection can often be long & daunting, but it doesn't have to be! A willingness to be open and to do the work is the first step in making your possibilities endless.
