Here's my only issue: Billing. They wait until you are completely done with physical therapy to bill your insurance company, this means you will only have a vague idea of how much you will owe until it is all over. It makes it difficult to decide if you should come for more or less sessions. And it's just a shady way to do business. It made me feel like they were just trying to scam me.
I've never really done PT before, but I thought that Brittney was really reassuring and I actually felt like my back had improved in just one visit.

Brittney shows a lot of care and attention and explains what she is doing throughout the session. Facility is clean and appointments are on time.
Excellent, P.T. was very engaged - took lots of time understanding my condition and history before charting a course for therapy.
