She is dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating environment that empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery and achieve lasting results both in and out of the clinic. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Berger’s love for movement is rooted in her own background as a soccer player and dancer, continuing dance throughout her college years. She stays active through running and has completed multiple half marathons in the tri-state area. Beyond fitness, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Tobi.
