I help adults in the East Bay who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck and are looking for a warm, grounded space to explore what’s really
going on beneath the surface. My practice is especially supportive for high-achieving professionals, students, creatives, and those navigating relationship patterns, burnout, perfectionism, or
major life transitions.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic, with a focus on helping you understand the deeper emotional and relational patterns shaping your current experiences. Together, we slow things down, work on making sense of your internal world, and develop new ways of feeling, relating, and navigating stress.
Clients often come to me when they’re outwardly functioning but inwardly exhausted— people who feel they “should be fine,” yet something feels off, disconnected, or heavy. I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space to help you reconnect with yourself, understand your needs, and create meaningful change.
I offer psychotherapy to adults throughout Oakland, Berkeley, and the greater East Bay community. If you’re ready to begin therapy or curious about whether we might be a good fit, I’d be honored to support you.
