He is a a trained mental health clinician who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts [BA] in Sociology; with a minor in Psychology. He then went on to earn a Master of Sciences (MSHSA) degree in Human Services Administration; a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Counseling, with an emphasis in Addiction Counseling and Psychometrics [clinical psychology], along with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human and Organizational Development. Dr. Young completed most of the dissertation process to be awarded a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Human and Organizational Development and is the holder of an earned doctorate (PhD) in Psychology.
