What should a new client know about working with you?

I recognize one approach does not fit all. I like to explore a working balance where you feel engaged while being challenged towards your identified goals. I like to remain flexible and open in our space to explore different topics you feel safe to share and set a pace most steady for you at different points of our therapeutic relationship.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to hold a therapeutic space where you feel engaged to share what’s on your mind from your daily experiences to your concerns without feeling judged. I like to invite collaboration on goals setting, I think it is important for clients to explore whether they need a space to be heard or they have specific skills they hope to work on.
