Growing up, my mom would always say, “Everyone has a story.” Today, that phrase has become the foundation of how I work as a therapist. I strive to understand each of my clients’ stories through a holistic, trauma-informed lens, and offer a safe, compassionate space for clients to process the meaning of their stories – and to begin writing their next chapter.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm particularly passionate about working with teens and emerging adults on identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism. I also focus on supporting athletes and active individuals navigating body image and performance concerns. As a culturally sensitive and affirming therapist, I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A relational therapist at heart, I prioritize creating a shared sense of trust, respect, and empathy with each of my clients. Knowing that our stories can live in our bodies just as much as our brains, I heavily incorporate Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic techniques into my practice. Every client is unique, which is why I use an integrative, collaborative approach where I work with clients to determine what interventions align best with their goals for therapy.
