Therapy is one of the few spaces where we can truly slow down, get curious, and understand our inner worlds more deeply. Many of the people I work with are eager to not just manage symptoms, but to gain insight into why they feel the way they do and how they relate to themselves and others.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My specialties include supporting adolescents, teens, and emerging adults navigating perfectionism, body image concerns, burnout, and religious trauma. I prioritize creating a safe, welcoming, and collaborative space for my clients to reflect, feel, and grow. I offer culturally responsive, affirming care and welcome clients of all identities, viewing each of their stories through a holistic, trauma‑informed lens.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every client is unique, which is why I consistently collaborate with my clients to determine what they hope to get out of therapy and how we can work together to achieve that. My approach is very relational and insight-oriented, where I gently invite my clients to explore how their patterns have developed and to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. As a former exercise science major, I also enjoy using modalities that incorporate the mind-body connection, especially Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic therapy.
