It took me a long time to seen therapy and even longer to find the right therapist. Carla made me stop me stop looking. She is reliable, non-judgmental, and overall very helpful. Give her a call ASAP!

Many of the people I work with are caregivers, parents, and high-achieving professionals who have spent years putting everyone else first. Over time, that constant responsibility can lead to burnout, guilt around rest, and feeling disconnected from yourself.
I’m Carla O’Neil, a Licensed Master Social Worker who supports adults navigating burnout, stress, parenting demands, and the pressure of always having to hold things together.
Therapy with me is a space where you can finally slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and start reconnecting with your own needs.
