Carly is amazing! She is extremely knowledgable in her field and is an excellent PT. I have a very "complicated" body with multiple chronic issues (shoulder, back, feet, etc.) Carly is so patient and flexible. Always thinks outside the box if an exercise isn't working for me. Bottom line, I'm not sure how I could keep exercising and moving without regular treatment with Carly.

About Me:
I have had the pleasure of getting to work in various fitness and health care settings as a personal trainer, an exercise physiologist in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and as a physical therapist. I have been a physical therapist for over 9 years, specializing in outpatient orthopedics. Having found Pilates to be an effective means for my own physical wellness, I became trained in STOTT PILATES Rehab in Portland, Oregon so that I could share that with my patients.
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I worked for the Cleveland Clinic for 8 years as both an Exercise Physiologist and Physical Therapist. Looking for a change, I came to Washington State in 2016 as a travel physical therapist. Having had the opportunity to work in Seattle, I appreciate the active, motivated population, who gravitates toward a more holistic treatment approach. I believe movement is medicine. My patients will tell you that I have a very thorough approach, assessing the body as a whole, and critically analyze both subjective and objective measurements to help my patients meet and exceed their goals.
