Hello! My name is Carly McCarthy (she/her/hers), and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I'm committed to working with individuals of all ages on their journey toward self-discovery, healing, and growth. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2021, earning both a Master's in Social Work and a graduate certificate in Trauma Informed Policy & Practice.
I have an extensive background in the school setting, working with school-aged individuals. I utilize a client-centered, strength-based approach, aiming to recognize each client's unique strengths and resilience. I have experience working with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma disorders, and substance misuse disorders.
