It is not uncommon as a teen or young adult to find yourself facing depression and anxiety. You may have experienced trauma as a child, or even now as you are older, and it is easy to feel as though you are alone in what you are going through, but you are not. I went through therapy myself as a teen and realized how impactful it was on my life. I want to help others who are struggling just like I was by offering a judgment-free, safe space for you to share your dreams and be your unique self. As your therapist, I will create a personal relationship with you by meeting you on your level. If other therapists have felt too formal and stuffy and made you not want to go, I want to change your perception. Therapy with me will feel more like talking to a friend than a formal meeting. I will work hard to earn your trust by working through issues at your pace. When you are ready to talk, I am ready to listen.
